Jeff Krushell
Major League Baseball (MLB)
International Director of Strength & Conditioning

As the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays, I have been privileged to be working in the professional Sport Performance industry at the highest levels with some of the greatest athletes in the sports field.

Specializing in International Sports Performance over the last 15 years, and as a leading consultant to Major League Baseball International, I have learned that sports performance hinges on so many factors; it can be overwhelming and confusing for athletes, parents and coaches alike.

In sports performance, regardless of the age or the competitive level of an athlete, the first line of attack must always be Nutrition. Without proper nutrition you cannot perform at your highest potential.

Without a basic knowledge of human biochemistry and sports performance, it is impossible to achieve HUMAN MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE.

Training world class athletes in the fields of baseball, football, hockey, and other sports, I truly started to understand that a balanced diet alone was not enough for performance athletes. So, I began a mission to find the safest and most effective nutritional products for my athletes.

In 2004 I first spoke with Dr. Ann de Wees Allen, who absolutely overwhelmed me with the research and data that I had spent years looking for. She challenged my knowledge and my approach to nutrition in sport performance training and gave me my first look into a program that has and will continue to revolutionize the sport performance industry…..... HUMAN MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE (HMP).

“Human Maximum Performance
is the most advanced and all-encompassing program
I have ever experienced”

Human Maximum Performance couples hard-core science-based nutritional practices with rock-solid training protocols. Using HMP protocols, athletes are now experiencing levels of performance otherwise impossible to obtain without the use of illegal, banned sport performance enhancers.

As we surge forward to discover and develop better nutritional products and supplements based on the biochemical needs of the competing athletes, HUMAN MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE (HMP) will continue to allow us to push the envelope of human performance.

The true test for me was the performance gains and feedback from the athletes as they utilized Dr. Allen’s HMP methodologies in the real sport performance world.

With the impact my athletes experienced in strength gains, recovery times, and injury and illness prevention, those who have tried the Human Maximum Performance Program refuse to train or compete without it. Whenever possible, every athlete I work with uses HMP methodologies.

I am honored to be working with Dr. Allen in helping athletes achieve Human Maximum Performance and to experience the benefits of proper nutrition and safe-science based supplementation.

Dr. Ann de Wees Allen’s Human Maximum Performance Program pushes sport performance markers across the board, and I can’t see any other way for athletes to compete at the top of their game without using state-of-the-art methodologies in sports performance.

With the current high use of illegal drugs and steroids in the sports industry, there are precious few performance records that are safe. HMP offers drug-free maximum performance for athletes that want to have long-term legal careers.

In my profession, Human Maximum Performance is the only way to go. The HMP Program has been so successful over the past 15 years, that we are totally booked for the next few years.
